Summary: In the following article we present the Internet based system for TeleCAD course preparation anddelivery. The system was developed to meet the Distance Education Centre at Technical University(DECTUG) needs. The Centre delivers Internet based courses, and is involved in course productionat local and international level. Example instructions (documents) concerning the pilot course willbe presented.
