| Summary: | This paper explores the hypothesis that valuers are increasingly adopting investment appraisal techniques rather than traditional valuation methods based on comparable evidence. The hypothesis was tested using interviews, case study and questionnaire carried out in London and in various centres in the UK during late 2004/ early 2005. The studies' findings are presented. |
