This project presents a virtual learning object (VLO) to be used as systematic tool and virtual Adobe Flash Player, which allows both the public and exhibitors to see more clearly the subject at hand. The study material is based on queuing theory, and will explore a waiting line M/M/1 and infinite population characteristics, which are then transformed to a type M/M/S with infinite population to keep the system charged and to analyze the behavior of management indicators in each case. |
