An elective course called architectural visualization and simulation was proposed in 2010. Introduce and integrate digital media into learning processes in architecture was the main objective. Interacting in 3-dimensional with digital models of projects, integrating a lot of information and physical variables in a digital model and parameterize a project to digital modeling were the specific objectives related to the concepts of visualization and simulation. Familiarization with the interface and application of parametric modeling, lighting and mapping in projects of the students were some of the results shown by students at the end of the course. |
