Technology provides new digital tools for the benefit of the Planning and Urban Design. The goal of this paper is to show a methodology for the interpretation and analysis of the urban site in the city of Maracaibo, Venezuela; and its implementation as academic experience in the Department of Urban Planning. The use of digital and communication technologies in teaching strategies and instructional resources, achieved profits in the teaching-learning process, optimized collection processes, organization and flow of data and information, understanding of the urban fact. Tools used: mobile telephony, internet, browsers, applications, improving communication between students, student-teacher, student-teacher-community. |
