Based OR that experience the evolution of IT based management systems is traced over that period. The present state of development is examined and an attempt is made to look forward to the possibilities which are becoming daily more apparent. Particular the role of the Client and his increasing involvement in the process is discussed and examined and the effect of the growing demand for quality control in performance and product, through IT systems is discussed. |
