| Summary: | This paper tries to establish a framework for process reuse in ‘collaborative product development’ (CPD) with 5D BIM. 5D integrates 3D models with non-geometrical metadata, costs, and schedules that can be developed in three main ways (part-recipe, task-part or embedded link). For continuous process improvement (CPI), we identified barriers and enablers and proposed explicit and implicit process reuse support options via workflow systems, process repositories with new process querying. |
